I believe we heal through connection. The relationships we have with others, and the relationship we have with ourselves, shape so much of how we experience the world. Therapy is a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you are carrying without having to have everything figured out.

My approach is relational and compassionate. I want to meet you with dignity and respect for the person you are today, while helping you move toward the person and life you want to become. Together, we can explore the patterns, emotions, and relationships that may be keeping you stuck and create a path toward greater fulfillment.

You do not need to become someone else to be worthy of care. Therapy is about understanding yourself with greater compassion and finding a way forward that feels true to you.

Relationships can get stuck in patterns that leave people feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or alone. Couples therapy can help your relationship to understand what is happening between you, reconnect, and build a relationship where you both feel valued. Learn More.

Therapy is not about someone else telling you how to live your life. It is about meeting yourself with compassion, making sense of where you are, and empowering you to move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling to you. Learn More.

About Me

Hello! I’m Brad Corcoran (he/him), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in couples and individual therapy.

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, with a focus on understanding the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and the people around us.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 15 years working in healthcare, supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenging circumstances. Today, I draw on those experiences alongside my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems to help clients navigate relationship challenges, difficult emotions, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship or better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and find a path forward.
